Life Impact believes that a personal and dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ brings permanent and eternal "Life Impact" into needy lives both in the United States and among the Nations. Our desire for all people here and abroad is to have the opportunity for their lives to be impacted by Him.

Toward this end, Life Impact will do its part in both world missions and community outreach through these activities:

Life Impact Activities to Expand Home Missions

  • Establishing facilities in various global locations dedicated to strengthening Missionaries, Humanitarian Aid workers, and other Christian leaders for their work.
  • Providing a restful place for these workers to retreat and be refreshed.
  • Mentoring workers on issues related to international travel, living and work.
  • Providing field orientation services to mission and humanitarian aid organizations.
  • Providing re-entry services for returning workers of agencies.
  • Providing on-field member care services to selected teams.
  • Linking with member-care organizations and counselors around the world.
  • Providing missionaries with educational materials related to their task.
  • Providing missionaries a cross-cultural issues resource data-base.
  • Stimulating the cause of World Missions and missionary care in local churches.
  • Orienting, facilitating, leading, and debriefing short-term missionary teams as they create "value added" in foreign work locations.
To positively impact our local areas as LI staff by meeting the deep, personal and practical needs of people in the Name of Jesus...through...

  • Offering rest, encouragement, coaching, and counseling to local Christian leaders. Leading seminars, workshops, and classes which relate Biblical truth and principles to life issues.
  • Giving individual attention and counseling to those with special life needs, helping them resolve their negative life issues. (addictions, bad decision-making, etc.)
  • Stimulating Pastors with the "home mission challenge" through Pastoral Getaways and mentoring, and helping some of them equip their members to help others.
  • Training local believers how to positively impact the lives of those in their neighborhoods and work place so they overcome their negative issues and problems.
  • Stimulating "biblical community life" among local believers.
