Harold and Kimmy Otterlei

Harold and Kimmy Otterlei, married since 1983, have been involved in pastoral care for over twenty-five years. Harold started as a staff pastor and then served as a senior pastor for sixteen years. During this time, they raised three children.

Fourteen years into their marriage, Harold had a life-threatening brain hemorrhage, which changed their lives dramatically. Kimmy became his caregiver as Harold recovered and was rehabilitated.

He made a miraculous recovery but over time, came to realize he had some new limitations. Still sensing a call to ministry, he transitioned into hospice chaplaincy. This experience has given them a deep appreciation for those who have serious physical ailments and their caregivers.

Harold holds an M.Div Degree. Both of them have given themselves to pastoral care and counseling married couples to help enrich their marriages. They also are available to process life issues with you out of their rich pastoral experience.
