Celeste Allen
Celeste Allen spent nearly twenty years working in the corporate sector and as a freelance editor. During that time she took several summers off to teach English at colleges and universities in Asia. In 2000 Celeste moved into full-time ministry in the United Kingdom at the International Office of Frontiers, where she organized events and conferences in Europe and Asia. Celeste served as Frontiers’ International Member Care Coordinator before joining the staff of Life Impact.
Celeste’s educational background is in writing, and she also has a rich appreciation of visual arts, music and dance. These passions led her to continually explore how we can connect with God through the arts as well as through everyday experiences like cooking and gardening.
Throughout her career in secular work as well as in full-time Christian work, Celeste has offered hospitality, encouragement, and compassionate listening to cross-cultural workers from around the world. She is trained in inner healing prayer, coaching, biblical counseling, and mentoring.
In light of her strengths and training, she will be offering spiritual formation retreats for small groups as well as personal retreats for individuals and couples. She belongs to a community of believers called, the Eschol Community.
